Delivery Upgrades

Cut-off Time 14:30 Mon – Fri, if an order is placed after 14:30 it will be dispatched the following working day.

How will Packaging Now deliver my item?

We use several courier services depending on the volume of your order but the majority of items will be shipped with Yodel and Tuffnells.

If an order is placed before 14:30 it will be dispatched the same day.

Next working day and standard deliveries will be delivered between 8:30 and 17:30

Will you deliver to my area?

Our delivery rates are the same for all Mainland UK. (See above)

Delivery to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Isles of Scilly there will be an added charge depending on the location.

Here is a list of postcodes with a delivery surcharge that will be automatically calculated at checkout.

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly – Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.

This will be automatically calculated when checking out.

Please Note: We cannot offer “Next Day” service to the above postcodes and all orders will be shipped on a standard service.

Click & Collect

All orders processed as click and collect are usually ready for collection within 1-2 working days.

Please only collect once an email has been processed saying your order is ready for collection.

Any orders that have not been collected within 10 working days will be cancelled and refunded. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to process.

Returns

If you have received a product that is damaged or not what you have ordered, we ask you to please email our customer service team at service@packagingnow.co.uk or call us on 0800 160 1404.

Parcels can be returned up to 14 days working days after delivery
The parcel must be returned at your cost, undamaged.
Parcels that have been returned need to be in the full amount initially sent out as partial refunds are not available with Packaging Now.
Delivery charges will be deducted from refunds.
